Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge and Australia are some of his works of art and excellence. Baz Luhrmann, the director of these films, is indeed my favourite filmmaker of all time.

What attracted me to his work is that he is
extremely visually orientated. His visual style is rich with colour with fine
detail attached to each and every element projected on the silver screen. He
paints a vibrant and vivid picture with the help of his wife whom is also the
Art Director of each of his films.

He captures the essence of each scene perfectly within his setting and when placing the actors within the frame, he creates a mind-blowing experience. What a dream come true it would be if I get the opportunity to work with him and his team. After watching Moulin Rouge, I am totally hooked!
