What a beautiful and talented lady! I am not
completely star struck but come on, not only is she a talented actress but a musician
and singer-songwriter as well! Since I live in South Africa, Cape Town it took me awhile
to gain access to one of the films she stared in: 500 Days of Summer.

Also, I started watching the new television hit
series New Girl and I need to share
this with the world: I adore Zooey Deschanel’s character and wardrobe
selection. For some reason I feel that I could relate to her character (Jess) since I am stuck with a retainer
in my mouth for 5 weeks at the age of 22. I never thought (in a billion years)
that I would EVER look up to a celebrity and dub them as my ‘role model’.

Ladies and gents, the time has come and I can
proudly announce that Zooey Deschanel is indeed my role model (or should I say
the character she portrays in New Girl?).
A positive character never shying away for who and what she is- okay maybe I am
a little star struck...
PS. Whoever buys her wardrobe (wardrobe
lady/gent on film set), it will be an honour to go shopping with you (and curtsy).
