Within
my personal countdown of my favourite Top Twenty Series of all time, Skins UK slipped in at 5 #. Bryan Elsley
and Jamie Brittain have created
seven seasons (2007-).
I
love the filmmaking approach to this series. Beautifully shot, edited and
graded. The best part is that the script and the visuals are on the same
standard. My favourite element of the show is the fact that after two seasons,
the characters change completely and the story focuses on the next generation.
