You know yourself the best! You know about that lovely custard donut hiding behind the olive jar in the fridge... you know you are going to eat that kilojoule-drenched goodness...

Since we were growing up, we learnt that lying is socially unacceptable. The truth always slides off the tongue and is captured by the heart.

When lying to yourself, the scale of truth tilts and recommends that you lay off the custards and creams. Lying to yourself will turn you in your own worst enemy.
